How to Book

Check online or ring/email office to check the availability of your desired holiday home.
Make an online/verbal/written provisional booking.
To secure your booking, our offices must receive a 30% deposit payment within 7 days. Payment may be made by all major credit card or debit cards (credit cards incur a 1.5% surcharge), or by cheque (payable to Cornish Holiday Cottages).
The final balance is due 28 days before arrival, no reminder will be sent. If the booking is made within 28 days of the holiday start date, then the full balance is due immediately.
On receipt of the balance payment, a confirmation letter, the joining instructions and directions to the property will be sent to you.
Then all you have to do is have a great holiday!

Short Breaks

Short breaks are offered at the discretion of the individual owners and normally only on a last minute basis between May and September. In the quieter months many of our owners are more open to short breaks and often you can book them well in advance of the holiday start date.

Where possible we ask you to try and start the short break on the standard changeover day as the cleaners are assigned to work on these days.

Short Break Rates
1-4 nights – 70% of whole rental price
5 nights – 75% of whole rental price
6 nights – 85% of whole rental price

Please note short breaks must be booked over the phone/email. Short break availability will not show online, nor can you book via this method, this is because we often need to check with the property owners first.
