Cormorants nestles within the Packet Quays; a Mediterranean style layered apartment development, in Falmouth overlooking the harbour and allowing visitors to enjoy the interesting, ever changing scenery on the water.

This convenient apartment comfortably accommodates four persons and would be an ideal base for up to two couples wanting to relax in a waterside location, yet with all the wonderful restaurants, facilities and amenities that the bustling port of Falmouth town has to offer.

Cormorants is well appointed, fairly high up in Packet Quays, allowing you wonderful harbour views and with a good sized balcony from which to enjoy them I can see you wanting to take a bit longer over your breakfast!

The High Street is reached on foot by nineteen stone steps. Due to the steps and nearby inclines we do not recommend this apartment for small children and those with mobility issues.

Entrance from undercover parking area via a lift or fairly steep external steps. From the lift area, 14 steps descend to the apartment.

Living Room : with fantastic harbour views and good sized balcony allowing you a wonderful sunny spot from which to enjoy your breakfast. Settee and armchairs for four. TV, DVD player and Freeview box. Dining table and chairs for 6. Small hi-fi with radio, CD player and iPod dock. Books and games. Focal electric fireplace.

Kitchen : again with those wonderful water views, plus a further velux window in the pitched ceiling. Electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer and slim line dishwasher.

Double Bedroom : with double bed, bedside tables, built-in clothes storage, window/door opening onto a small balcony. Harbour views.

Twin Bedroom : with twin beds, bedside table and built-in clothes storage. Water views.

Shower Room : with large walk-in shower unit, basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Hall : with cupboard housing patio furniture, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Separate WC.

Parking : for one small-medium sized car within a secure parking area.

N.B. Please note that whilst this apartment is serviced by a lift, its reliability cannot be guaranteed as it has failed a couple of times in the past and it should therefore be noted that there are 19 steps down from the High Street and over 30 up from the parking area. (For your information the lift serves the whole Packet Quays development and its replacement/repair is out of the control of the owners of Cormorants). We therefore recommend that this apartment is not suitable for the very young and those with mobility issues.
