As the name intonates 'By The Sea' is just that. As with many of the properties within our portfolio, By The Sea is a much loved, second home. The crisp and contemporary furnishings fuse together perfectly with the nautical surroundings to create a wonderfully relaxing, waterside residence.

This lovely, ground floor apartment, the bottom half of a former coastguard cottage, is just two minutes' walk from Castle Beach and ten minutes' from the larger, Blue Flag, Gyllyngvase Beach with popular cafe. The Ships and Castles Leisure Centre with fun pool is less than two hundred metres away, Ocean Bowl three hundred and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall seven hundred and fifty, so there are plenty of local indoor activities as well as the more obvious attractions and coastal walks.

Falmouth town and harbour are easily accessible on foot. The closest end of the town centre, Discovery Quay and Events Square (also the home of the Maritime Museum) is just a five minute stroll. From here you can enjoy the many independent shops, restaurants and bars that make Falmouth so unique. Certainly the vast array of restaurants, including Rick Stein's Fish & Chip shop and more upmarket Oyster Bar, ensure that standards remain high in the local eateries.
