Trehovel, 16 Passage Hill is a large bungalow style building, set back from the road, down it's own private drive in a very quiet location. It was built in 1991 to a very high standard, featuring double glazing and an abundance of wood finishes, including wooden floors and rugs right through the house. The inside of the property has a wonderfully light and spacious feel. There is a large, enclosed, private garden laid to lawn around the circumference of the house; a perfect play area for children, where the adults can keep an eye on them from within the house.

From the sitting room and kitchen there are panoramic views over the countryside towards the Mylor creek area. The property gives you a high degree of privacy from the outside world and is a perfect location for beach and boat lovers alike. Trehovel is also particularly suitable for those suffering from asthma and allergies to dust and animals.

Mylor has several very well stocked village shops, a pub, butcher and greengrocer. Mylor Harbour is a couple of minutes drive with various boating facilities, a pub/restaurant, café and shop. Falmouth is approximately 5 miles by road, or you can catch the ferry from Flushing for a small charge. Flushing, Penryn and Truro are approximately 2, 3 and 8 miles away.

From Trehovel you can walk to Weir Point in 15 minutes, where there is a peaceful, safe and secluded beach. The Pandora Inn, a popular pub on the waters edge and the more local Lemon Arms are 15 and 5 minutes walk, respectively.
