This compact one bedroomed flat is situated at the end of a quiet 'no through' road and has panoramic sea views over Falmouth bay. It is within easy walking distance of Pendennis Castle, the sea front and is a fifteen minute walk from the main shopping area. Nearest shop, three minutes walk. Falmouth Docks train station is also just three minutes away by foot.
Castle Lodge is decorated and furnished to a high standard and has the advantage of gas central heating and plenty of hot water. It has double glazing throughout as well as automatic ventilation. There are fitted carpets in the bedroom and lounge, the bathroom and kitchen are tiled. There is secure parking outside the property on a private drive.
There are excellent shops, restaurants and pubs as well as three beaches that are easily accessible from Castle Lodge.
Boat and ferry services run to St Mawes, Flushing and Truro as well as the Helford River.
The harbour is the third deepest natural harbour in the world and is famous for its sailing water. The National Maritime Museum, newly opened, is a popular tourist attraction.

Outside of the property there is a patio area with sea views over Falmouth Bay and adequate parking for one or two cars and a small boat.
PATIO DOORS open into
LOUNGE : which has sea views over Falmouth Bay. It comprises a settee, double futon and easy chair as well as a dining table and chairs. T V and radio. Hatch with glass sliding door to the kitchen. Door leads to a hall.
From the HALL, doors lead to the kitchen, utility area and en-suite bedroom.
KITCHEN : is compact and has a range of modern eyelevel and base units. A work top houses a dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment, combination microwave oven/grill with electric hob over, and a single drainer stainless steel sink.
UTILITY AREA : is located in one corner of the garage (used by the first floor flat). However, the Utility area, comprising of a stainless steel sink unit, washer/dryer machine and an iron and ironing board, is for tenants sole use. There is ample room for drying outdoor clothes and sailing gear.
BEDROOM : comprises a double bed, a fitted storage cupboard and a fitted wardrobe. There are bedside tables and a dressing table/chest of drawers. Colour TV. A door leads to
BATHROOM : comprises of a white bath with pressure shower, wash hand basin and W C. Shaver point. The walls are tiled with white tiles and the radiator automatically heats up when the hot water is turned on at the boiler, hence providing heat for the towel rail. Boiler on at least three times a day.
