From the kitchen a door leads to the back garden, a beautifully sculptured, compact peaceful haven for you to relax in and perhaps take advantage of the built-in barbeque. This property has been lovingly renovated and features a new kitchen and bathroom.

Falmouth has three beaches, Swanpool, Castle and the very popular, safe and sandy, (Blue flag) Gyllyngvase Beach (approx. 0.2 miles/0.3 km away).

Truro, the city of Cornwall is just 20 minutes in the car, St Ives and the Eden Project are 40 minutes. From the Prince of Wales Pier you can take a boat trip on the River Fal or over to the old fishing village of Flushing, St.Mawes or the beautiful Helford River.

DINING ROOM : with beautiful built-in dresser, an original feature, table and chairs for 6, sideboard and hostess trolley.

Stairs lead from hall to First Floor.

BEDROOM 1 : Double divan bed, wardrobe, dressing table, stool and bedside tables.

BEDROOM 2 : Double divan bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

BEDROOM 3 : Twin divan beds, wardrobe and bedside tables.

BATHROOM : Large bath with shower over, basin, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

WC : Separate WC, handy for when someone else is in the bathroom!

GARDENS : To the front of the property is a small enclosed garden with path to front door. At the rear is a terraced/landscaped garden with small lawn areas, flower beds, sunny bench seat, garden table and chairs. Storage shed for wet weather gear, surfboards etc. Built-in barbecue. Back gate giving access to Arwenack Lane.

PARKING : On street parking or for £19 you can park for 7 days and nights in the Dell Car Park just 15 metres from the cottage.
