Selangor is just three minutes walk from the calm waters of the Helford River, a favourite of sea meanderers and lovers of tranquility. The Ferry Boat Inn, a perfect spot to enjoy a waterside drink, is also just three minutes on foot. The Shipwrights Inn, just a short passenger ferry trip accross the south bank of the river and a gentle stroll, offers a different perspective on this beautiful area. From Selangor you also have access to some of the most spectacular coastal walks in South Cornwall, as well as Trebah and Glendurgan gardens - paradise for garden enthusiasts.

All rooms, apart from the bathrooms in this stunning property, enjoy the southerly aspect of the Helford River. The house is heated by oil-fired central heating throughout, with under-floor heating to bathrooms and a log-burner in the sitting room.

GROUND FLOOR Sitting room : Large, light room with woodburning stove and comfortable seating. TV, DVD & CD player.

Reading room : with comfortable seating and french doors opening onto garden.

Kitchen/Dining room : with table and chairs for 10, AGA (in use from 1 October to April 30 only), electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and large pantry.

Rear Porch/Utility room : with tumble dryer and additional fridge.

Cloak Room : with WC, basin.

FIRST FLOOR Master Bedroom : has a 5ft (king size) bed.

Bedroom 2 : has a double bed.

Bedroom 3 : has twin beds (which can be pushed together as a king size bed) and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 : with full size bunk beds.

All bedrooms are beautifully furnished with chest of drawers and wardrobe/hanging space and wash basins.

Bathroom : comprising wc, bath, separate corner shower unit and basin.

LOFT : Ground floor entrance hall, shower room and wc. Stairs to first floor. Spacious chill out room with double futon (not made up unless by prior arrangement).

Parking : Ample parking for several cars.

Garden : Mature gardens to the front and back of house. Large terrace for relaxing and enjoying the view, BBQ. Rear garden backs onto Budock Vean Golf Course - providing direct access.
