Falmouth town centre, waterside eateries, traditional pubs, interesting shops and food outlets are just a ten minute stroll away, so perfect for those that like to ignore the car whilst on holiday. From the Prince of Wales Pier you can take ferries and boat trips to St Mawes, Truro, the Helford River, up the River Fal and beyond. Falmouth is also home to the prestigious National Maritime Museum Cornwall, several art galleries, a leisure centre and three beaches. The largest, sandy beach, called Gyllyngvase, has a coveted Blue Flag award for cleanliness and excellent facilities.

PLEASE NOTE : The property is approached down ten steep external steps and may not, (although there are railings on both sides), be suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Courtyard : with picnic bench and table, perfect for enjoying the evening sun and perhaps even a BBQ (provided). Steps up to parking area.
