Founded in 1978, we pride ourselves on being a small and friendly local company and we hope you will allow us to help you find your dream holiday home. Based in Maenporth, just outside Falmouth, we are always on hand should you need us. All our self-catering holiday properties are within a 10 mile radius of Falmouth and include some truly beautiful unspoilt hamlets and villages, all within easy reach of the water such as Durgan, Bareppa, Feock, Mawnan Smith and the Helford River. How to Find a Suitable Property

There are several ways to navigate around the site to find your ideal property. The best method to use is dependent on your requirements. For example;

Tied to a specific week?

It is probably easiest to choose 'Booking' and select 'Book Online Now'. You will be then be guided to a page where you may enter the dates you require together the number of occupants. If you leave the 'Preferred Property Type' set to 'All' then the full list of suitable properties will be displayed for you once you click 'Check Availability'.

Dates are flexible?

If you can be flexible about when you take your holiday but you have a specific property criteria (i.e. a party of 8 people looking for a property with a sea view in Falmouth), it is advisable to use the 'Find A Cottage' facility. This page offers you three different search options to narrow down the list of suitable properties for you: 'Features' (Sea View, etc.), 'Area' (Falmouth, Helford River, Mawnan Smith, etc.) or 'Search' (more specific requirements including area & features).

Bringing a Dog?

About 30% of our properties will happily accommodate your furry friend. To find those that do, use our 'Search' facility and check the 'animals' box. We are great animal lovers ourselves and have a number of four-legged friends who help us recommend the best local beaches, walks and even (whispered) vets!
