Living room

A good sized room which includes fitted wardrobes, a 5ft double bed, bedside tables and lamps. The windows offer glorious views over the water and the patio door leads onto the balcony.

Twin bedroom

another ample sized room with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Again, the windows offer glorious views over the water and the patio door leads onto the balcony.

Bathroom

with modern suite comprising WC, bath (with shower over), heated towel rail and hand basin.

tiled floor to ceiling, this room houses a modern power shower.

Outside

the 39ft long balcony has a table and seating and offers the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining overlooking some of the most wonderful views of the harbour.

Parking

there is an allocated parking space within the secure, covered parking area on the other side of the high street, approx 25 metres from the main building. On entering the main building there are 3 steps up and then 3 steps down to the lift, which takes you up to Cross Trees. If you prefer to walk (or the lift is out of action) you can take the stairs of which there are approximately 20.
