Within a mile from Bosilliack is Loe Beach and Water sports Centre, plus highly recommended cafe and at Playing Place a general stores for newspapers and fresh bread/croissants. The Old Quay Inn in Devoran can be reached by a lovely creekside walk through Point which takes just over thirty minutes.

A cross country walk directly from the house leads to the glorious National Trust gardens at Trellisick. Stunning sea, and estuary views make this a favourite walk of the owners (one and a half hour round trip) especially as there is an art and craft gallery to browse and delicious lunches and creams teas to enjoy on arrival. At Trelissick you will also find the famous and very charming King Harry passenger and car Ferry, which provides quick and easy access to St. Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula.

Located less than a ten minute drive from Truro, and all that the capital has to offer, and just fifteen minutes from Falmouth, this comfortable residence is well situated for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
