Helford Point

This delightful detached property overlooks the mouth of the Helford River as well as having uninterrupted views towards Falmouth Bay. The property is set in its own large garden with an extensive patio area, slate paved with ample garden furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful, tranquil setting.

In 2007, Helford Point went from being a a fairly ordinary bungalow in a fantastic location, to becoming a stunning, contemporary 'Grand Designs' style residence in a fantastic location! This winter, 2012, the owners went a step further and added a further dormer, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The house now offers four lovely bedrooms with sea views and four bathrooms. The former back bedroom on the ground floor is now a second sitting room.

A large, elevated games room and decking area offer marvellous views to St Mawes and Falmouth. Sitting up there on the deck and enjoying a drink, is a taste of heaven!
