Cornish Chough

There's oodles of interior space complemented by a secluded, sun-trap enclosed courtyard and garden, for lounging and alfresco dining.

If you are in need of some vitamin D then look no further than Cornish Chough. The blue flag Gyllyngvase beach is only a hop, skip and a jump from Kinbrae House. Pop on your cossie, wrap-up in your towel and have your flip flops at the ready. Sea swimming is good for the soul and with your warm shower just up the road you really must dive on in, whatever the time of year. Bring your surfboards and bikes and keep them safe and secure in the racks at the back of the apartments. Wetsuits can be rinsed and hung to dry ready for your next day's adventures. If stand-up-paddle-boarding is something you've always wanted to try, pop to Gylly Beach and speak to WeSUP where the helpful team will get you on the water in no time.

Holidays are about chilling too and if a you prefer to rest and take it easy we've got some great ideas. Loungers in the garden, a morning at a local hotel spa pool or browsing the shops for some holiday mementoes. Come the evening, wander over into town for sparkly lights, buzzing restaurants and harbour views.

Your (smallish) dog can join you on your holiday too. Falmouth's beaches are open to dogs (between 1st October and Easter) or outside of that there are plenty of places for your canine to run and let off steam, including the nearby Boscowen Fields.
