As the name suggests, this stunning, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the banks of the Penryn river enjoys incredible sunsets, best enjoyed from the balcony with a glass of wine in hand!

Adorned with interesting, mid-century furniture and works from the owner's personal collection of local and international artists, Sunset is a wonderful mix of contemporary, high end finishes and design conscious additions. From the lovely kitchen with Joseph Joseph utensils and Nespresso coffee machine, to the comfortable sofa and arm chairs focusing on the enchanting water view, you're sure to relax into life at this stylish apartment.

There are two sumptuous bedrooms, with Soak & Sleep 600TC linen, mattress toppers and very luxurious mattresses, so you can be sure of comfort at rest. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a further bathroom to serve the second bedroom, making this apartment perfect for two couples.  The balcony has a table and seating for four. Let the conversation and good times flow as you dine alfresco and soak up the wonderful sea views. Float back into the spacious, open plan living space, cook up a storm in the kitchen or take time for you in the study area with a selection of interesting books.

Underfloor heating throughout keeps this apartment cosy all year round.

Sunset is a second floor apartment, accessed by one flight of stairs or via a lift and the garage parking is just to the right of the building entrance, allowing level access to the lift.

A short stroll along the harbour and a gander at the former Packet Ship Captain's houses, is Falmouth's old High Street with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. From the pier you can hop on a ferry over to St Mawes and The Roseland, join a sight seeing trip up one of the rivers or grab your rods and head out to sea to catch your supper.

The Poly in Falmouth has many captivating events throughout the year and different exhibitions to inspire your artistic side. Breakfast at Stones Bakery is not to be missed and if you need your fish and chips fix then you can choose between award winning Harbour Lights or Rick Steins!

However you choose to entertain yourself on holiday, we are sure Sunset will be a fantastic base for you and your travel companions.

The best holiday accommodation we've ever stayed in. Totally luxury, Beautiful mid-century furniture etc. Comfortable and wonderful views from the balcony. Views constantly changing and fascinating.... Wonderful walks, ferry trips ad quirky cafes. Thank you
