The best of both worlds, in walking distance to Falmouth's wonderful high street and its independent shops and restaurants and in one of the best appointed spots in town for that sunset view.

Falmouth has three lovely beaches, Gyllyngvase is the closest with its award winning café and restaurant. The sandy shores of Swanpool and Maenporth are both nearby and secluded coves and pebbly beaches line the nearby Helford River, perfect for wild swimming or unwinding with a good book.

From the apartment stroll along the waterfront to town where you can pick up some delicious bread from Stones Bakery, or visit Rick Steins for some line caught cod and chips. Falmouth's High Street offers something to delight everyone, from coffee shops to fashion boutiques - there's even a yacht chandlery. A number of award winning restaurants line the streets and narrow 'opeways' of the town, from acclaimed harbour side seafood to hearty traditional pub food and just about everything in-between.

From the Prince of Wales Pier hop on a ferry to see St Mawes on the other side of the river, or you can join one of the many sightseeing boat trips to see leaping dolphins or seals from the water.
Tucked away on the edge of town, it's easy to get out of Falmouth to explore the wilds of Cornwall. Follow the road to the north coast and explore incredible dramatic scenery and famous beaches like Bedruthan Steps, or visit the Lizard and see the most southerly point of the UK and the beautiful Kynance Cove. Gardens such as the Eden Project and National Trust country houses are just a drive away.

Visit the new award winning Tate St Ives, or see a show at the open-air Minack Theatre set into the cliffs near Lands End. Closer to home, the Poly in Falmouth has many captivating events throughout the year and different exhibitions to inspire your artistic side.
