Summary

Creek House has views that are unparalleled. The tranquility and beauty of the famous Pill Creek is exceptional.

This south facing holiday home overlooks the creek and offers easy access via the garden gate to the water’s edge for crabbing, swimming, kayaking or using your own boat on the house’s private mooring.

The holiday home offers four comfortable bedrooms with three bathrooms and two sitting rooms. The sheltered tidal Pill Creek leads out into the sweep of the Carrick Roads and downriver past Trelissick, King Harry Ferry towards Malpas and Truro. The Carrick Roads provides some of the best sailing waters in the UK centring around Falmouth which has recently been voted the fourth most desirable town in the UK to live in.

A short walk across a field takes you to Loe Beach with the opportunity to rent kayaks, dinghies, utilise the sailing school or just watch the day go by at the friendly cafe. The beautiful gardens and woodland walks along the estuary at Trelissick House and excellent cafe are extremely close. The city of Truro is four miles by road and Falmouth ten miles.

The popular Punch Bowl and Ladle thatched pub which dates back in parts to the fifteenth century, lies approximately three-quarters of a mile distant and serves good food and local ales.

The perfect place to stay. Creek House's location is fantastic with beautiful views and a lovely peaceful location, but close enough to nearby amenities. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable well appointed and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped, sitting room dining area bathrooms and bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable.
