KAYAKS: Two single kayaks can be provided for the use of guests in Lower Deck. The kayaks are to be used by proficient swimmers only, with your own buoyancy vests and at your own risk. There is a fee of £100 per week to use the kayaks.

PARKING : for one car in PNYC car park. An additional car must park in the village, 400 metres away, but please note there is very little free parking in the village, so this is not guaranteed.

PETS: One well behaved, house trained dog permitted @ £20 per week. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the apartment and ensure they do not sit on the furniture or go in bedrooms. An outside tap and hose is provided for the washing of muddy paws.

LOGS: One basket of logs provided from October to Easter. Further logs and kindling can be purchased using the honesty box system at £5 a bag.

CAUTION: Apartment unsuitable for those with mobility issues and very small children.

TELEPHONE: Phone box in village.

HEATING: Underfloor heating in living area plus a log burner. Electric radiators in bedrooms and heated towel rails in bathrooms.

MOORING/BOAT STORAGE: Temporary moorings are available at the Yacht Club on a daily or weekly basis for dinghies, inflatables and larger boats up to 24 foot. Please call Tom on 01326 340525 to discuss this, or bringing your own boat. If you are bringing your own boat then the trailer will be taken off site for storage. The water at Port Navas is navigable 4 hours either side of high tide. We can also arrange sailing lessons and recommend Sailaway St Anthony or Helford River Boats for the hire of motor boats, sailing dinghies, further kayaks and paddle boards.
