Tucked away, yet just three hundred yards from the popular Trengilly Wartha Inn, Nancenoy Cottage ticks all the boxes in terms of tranquility, comfort and a pub virtually on the doorstep. Sylvia Dunstan, your neighbour sells award winning sausages and local meats so go ahead and knock on her door.  The barbecue is going to get used!

Close to the Helford River, the cottage is a fifteen minute walk or short drive to Constantine Village where there are a couple of great local shops including Constantine Stores and their famous selection of sought after wines and spirits.

At the bottom of the hill is the head of Polwheveral Creek, a 'Swallows and Amazons' spot for reading a good book and watching wildlife. Another lovely walk from the house is across rolling fields and through woodland to Scott's Quay - spend the day picnicking and sunbathing on the river.

Potager Garden
is three minutes by car. This is a lovely vegetarian cafe set in a nursery garden with hammocks and garden games including ping pong, badminton and outdoor giant jenga!

Falmouth is a 20 minute drive, there are many lovely independent local shops, cafes and restaurants here and you can catch ferries across to the Roseland and up the Fal/Helford rivers.

The cottage is next to Nancenoy Farmhouse and the two can sleep up to 15 when taken together. There is a gate which can be unlocked if you are taking both houses  joining the two gardens. Should you not be booking with the Farmhouse, then you are very private and there should be very little impact from your neighbours.
