Rocky Waters

Living room

Vast, light filled, stunning living space, with huge windows and an array of comfortable seating. Wood burner, TV and DVD player. French doors into the patio and garden. Conveniently located between the two sitting areas is the

Bespoke, solid wood kitchen with island, two sinks, Miele oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, ample storage and pantry.

Master bedroom

Furthest from the living room is the master bedroom with king size bed, built-in clothes storage, bedside tables and lamps.

Ensuite bathroom

Bath, separate shower (with quite a narrow entrance), wc, basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Two

Pretty room with porthole window and french doors into garden. From February 2020 the bed will be a zip and link super king that can also be split as two singles. This will be set as super king as standard so just let us know if you would like us to split into twin beds. There is also a pull-out bed that would be suitable for a child. Bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe complements the room. (Plus a selection of children's toys for those that might like to enjoy them whilst at Rocky Waters).

Bedroom Three

King size bed (5ft), bedside tables and lamps.

Shower room

Tiled shower enclosure, (with narrow access), basin, wc and heated towel rail.

Utility room

with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Vacuum cleaner, mop, travel cot, safety pen/guard and high chair.

Pretty, cottage style garden with various beds, lawn area, pots, shrubs and balcony. There is also a covered seating area to the front of the house.

For one car on the drive way and a further in a pull in, just opposite. Turning is a little tight for those not familiar with narrow Cornish lanes, so please be prepared for some slighter slower paced manoeuvring.

River access

Opposite the house are banks which lead down to the head of the creek owned by The Duchy. This route, know as the 'fairy walk' by the family is a very narrow path, somewhat beautifully unkempt and littered with wild flowers. Please take care when using the path. Alternatively you can walk down the road 300m and reach the creek that way. If you hire a boat/kayak, speak to Tom at PNYC on 01326 340065 who will assist you with mooring and berthing.
