...you may not use the car too much this holiday! Wills Cottage is two miles to Constantine and three to Mawnan Smith. In that radius alone you have some great pubs, Glendurgan and Trebah gardens and the Budock Vean spa, swimming pool and outdoor hot-tub to name a few opportunities.

The harbour side town of Falmouth is twenty minutes in the car. The town has a rich maritime history and is host to Falmouth University, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, an array of interesting independent shops and boutiques and many art galleries.   Eating out at least once in Falmouth is a must. For a shellfish meal you will not forget, be sure to book the big table at The Wheelhouse, (at least four weeks in advance).

At Wills Cottage you are in the heart of the unspoilt south coast of Cornwall. For a great morning/afternoon walk head to The Lizard, the U.K's most southerly point for breath-taking scenery and a clotted cream ice cream. There's ample swimming opportunities at Kynance Cove, Gunwalloe and Praa Sands to name a few of the glorious beaches on this section of coast.

For the best surf spots head to the north coast, but as with any day out always check the weather/wind, tide and surf reports. We recommend AccuWeather and TideTimes .
