Weir Point Stables

This delightful, detached house is situated in its own large garden and with far reaching sea views of the Carrick Roads and across to the Roseland.

The open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room is filled with oodles of natural light. You will enjoy preparing a bite to eat in the kitchen area and stepping out onto the large patio and soaking up some rays while you relax and enjoy the birdsong. Completely renovated throughout the winter of 2015/6, Weir Point Stables has all new furnishings and fittings and is a fantastic holiday home for up to six people. The dining table and worktops have been lovingly made by the Master Craftsman builder from a tree in the garden.

Located on the coastal footpath between Mylor and The Pandora Inn on Restronguet Creek, this house is perfect for walkers, sailors and foodies. Bring a torch for night walks home from the pub. We won't tell if you stop for a spot of stone skimming on the way back!

The village of Mylor Bridge, a mile away, has a well stocked local shop, butchers and fishmongers. The harbour has a cafe, restaurant, sailing school and boat hire facilities.

Weir Point Stables is in a truly exceptional position. Sea views are so refreshing and good for the soul. Come and stay and enjoy some ‘you time'.

Thank you Richard and Pat for sharing your beautiful home from home with us to make everything perfect for our anniversary weekend in Cornwall.

We’ve really enjoyed the fantastically relaxing and always changing creek view, as we’ve sat and chilled out together in the lovely kitchen/dining and sitting room. With the sunshine really streaming in on Saturday.

It has been great to return from wonderful waterside walks and local sightseeing to rest and recharge our batteries in such a welcoming, cosy and homely place.

Truly an outstanding time – we’re all very reluctant to leave… and already looking forward to coming back soon!
