This room enjoys lovely views, through the french doors, over the garden to the beach beyond. The french doors open onto a balcony with contemporary cedar wood and glass balustrade.

Outside area

the large sunny deck, with picnic bench, at the rear of the property has
wonderful sea views to the headland beyond. The front balcony with table and two chairs enjoys views through the trees to the beach and sea. The beauty of having
two sitting out areas on either side of the building is that it affords you more time outside when the weather is favourable. Guests are most welcome to use the garden seating area too, with its lovely view out to Falmouth Bay. Dog owners can be assured that, under their supervision, their pets can roam around freely and safely in the securely gated and fenced grassy garden.
