Summary

With an abundance of natural light filtering through the vast windows, Polltreth has masses of the feel-good factor. The generous L shaped living space opens onto the well-equipped patio and just beyond is the outdoor swimming pool, (14m x 6m unheated).

Swanpool Beach is just a five-minute stroll around Swanpool Lake and Nature Reserve. The beach cafe, famous for its decadent ice creams, is open all year round and is situated next to Elemental Watersports centre, so if dawn paddles are your thing, or you fancy trying your hand at sailing, windsurfing or coasteering then give them a call. Hooked on the Rocks, occupies what has to be Falmouth’s best restaurant location, perched on the edge of the rocks overlooking Falmouth Bay.
Polltreth is a well established holiday home, (formerly known as Six Jays Apartment). The comfortable interior offers lots of space for a couple and has the flexibility of an additional single bed in the bedroom or a folding Z bed that can be put up elsewhere.
The welcoming owners, who live in the main house and their three lovely dogs, are on hand should you need anything – however with an apartment as well equipped as this, we doubt you will.
Polltreth with its close proximity to the beach, lake and just a fifteen-minute stroll into Falmouth town, is a fantastic base for your south Cornish holiday. Coast path exploration, the sea, fine dining, interesting shops, art galleries and entertainment is yours to behold. And Polltreth is the perfect place to retire to at the end of your fun-packed day.

Reviews

Mr Poole

The apartment is very well equipped, like home from home. Very close to the beach and coastal walk. The couple who own the apartment are very helpful and full of local information to help you with your holiday.
