Summary

Situated in the heart of Port Pendennis Harbour Village you could not be better situated either for the harbour, town and beaches.

The house is well equipped for up to six and a good level of attention has been paid to guest comfort, but being so close to the town centre you will be forgiven for eating out most nights. Falmouth’s array of great independent restaurants means that the competition is strong, the prices reasonable and the resulting food excellent.

Park on the one side of the house and relax on the other. The sunny patio area has a table and chairs for six and is just yards from the private inner marina. If tennis is your thing then be sure to bring your rackets and balls and enjoy a game on the village’s own tennis court.

Entrance Hall

From the parking area enter into the hall, with access to the garage with the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also a small WC with basin.

With fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.

Living/Dining Area

A long room with plenty of comfy seating, TV, DVD player and doors to the patio at one end. The other end has bookshelves and a dining table to seat 6.

Parking

There is allocated parking for one car in front of the garage. There are further parking bays within the development for a second car.

Outside

Seating for 6 with a BBQ on a patio for the house. There is also a communal open green space with benches and views of the marina.

Master Bedroom (first floor)

A large room with kingsize bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, armchair and TV.

Master En-Suite/Dressing Area

An open space with built in wardrobe, desk and comfy chair. Through to the en-suite with bath/shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Double Bedroom (second floor)

Double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, arm chair and two bedside tables with lamps.

Twin Bedroom (second floor)

Two single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom (second floor)

Bath with overhead shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Location and Surrounding Area

Walking left from the house you will find the sandy beaches and Falmouth Castle, or right the National Maritime Museum, Rick Steins Fish and Chips and rest of the town with lots of lovely independent restaurants, cafes and shops.

Port Pendennis has a lovely communal garden area, a marina and a tennis court so be sure to bring your rackets with you.

Falmouth is well appointed for exploring Cornwall, just 20 minuets from Truro and 40 minutes from major attractions like The Eden Project and St Ives.
