Location
Just a ten minute walk from the town centre, a three minute drive from the sandy, Gyllyngvase Beach and just off the A39; Gwel-an-Heylyn is equally suited to those that want to enjoy all that Falmouth offers, or those that want to explore both the south coast and the north coast of Cornwall.
If you can drag yourself away from the calming, contemporary interior of this comfortable apartment and the sublime views then take a stroll around to Falmouth Marina and grab a bite to eat from their restaurant/bar overlooking the hubub of activity around the pontoons.
Bring a kayak and launch direct from the slipway and grab your morning pastries from Stone’s Bakery by tying up along side the Prince of Wales Pier. Croissants will never taste the same again.
For morning dips in the sea head to Swanpool, Gyllyngvase or Maenporth beaches. All served by their own cafes and with restroom facilities and parking.
Falmouth life centres around the harbour. Quirky homeware and gift shops are a aplenty. Being a university town and one with a long history in the arts, you may just be taking your own piece of wall decor home too.
